1050e: Roll Coating
Roll Coating Applications
• Transfer of paint or coating material to roll coating tough during the application process

• Progressive Cavity
– Expensive to repair and rotor/stator wear out very quickly with abrasive paint or coating material
• Air Operated Diaphragm
– Low pulsation is desired for process to prevent splashing in roll coating trough
